Question Tag

Ej: She plays tennis, doesn’t she?

Se compone de 2 palabras y es equivalente a “¿cierto?” en español.

Si la oración es afirmativa, el Question Tag es negativo y viceversa.

Según el tiempo se usa uno de los siguientes elementos:

Pasado	Presente	Futuro
Did (se usa si aparece un verbo en pasado, que no sea Was/Were)	Do/Does (se usa si aparece un verbo en presente, que no sea am-is-are-have/has-can)	Will

Wasà I – He – She – It Ej: I was in my house, wasn’t I?

Wereà You – We – They Ej: They were clowns, weren’t they?

Do à I – You – We – They Ej: We don’t write that, do we?

Does à He - She – It Ej: He eat too much, doesn’t he?

Isà He – She – It Ej: She isn’t teacher, is she?

Areà You – We – They – I (solo en para Question Tags) Ej: We are strong, aren’t we?

Haveà I – You – We – They Ej: I have money, haven’t I?

Hasà He – She – It Ej: He hasn’t dinner, has he?

Para poder formar el Question Tag se debe saber el tiempo en que esta la oración y de quien se esta hablando.

For/Since

For: por, durante à se usa cuando se habla de una cantidad de tiempo.

Since: desde à se usa cuando se habla de un momento especifico.

Ej: - I have lived in Los Andes since 1993

- I have lived in Los Andes for 16 years
